appointment of Mr. Lewis Liu as Vice President of Business Development. In this capacity,
Mr. Liu will be responsible for leading the company's business strategy in Taiwan.
Mr. Liu has 15 years of corporate experience in media and interactive
services as well as an impressive history of personal accomplishments.
Mr. Peter Hamilton, Chief Operating Officer of

authority on Taiwan's Internet market, he has acted as the keynote speaker at numerous
seminars, universities and conferences.
